HARTFORD - State Senator Mary Ann Handley is Senate chair of the Connecticut legislature’s Human Services Committee and is the chair of its Internship Committee as well. She is also vice-chair of the Judiciary Committee and a member of the budget-writing Appropriations Committee. She is introducing a bill to stop the death penalty.
