Recently, I’ve been looking for an opportunity to own a BMW X3 xDrive30i. It is a luxurious and yet compact SUV. What I like best is its great performance in the road whether it is dry or snow, and even icy. It is a dream car for me and I would really do my best working hard to own one. I think there has been no great update on the 2010 model if you will compare it with the 2009 except for the addition of HD radio.

The infamous features such as the 17″ alloy wheels, automatic headlights, automatic climate control, heated side mirrors, “leatherette” upholstery, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, a moonroof, eight-way power-adjustable front seats, and a ten-speaker stereo system are still the best you can see in any SUV. It is the only car I know that has corrective safety measures combined with elegance popularly known in any BMW model.

I also got impressed with the car floor mats available for a BMW X3 xDrive30i. I like the idea of having a custom made Truberber from Lloyd. It is an adaptation of the native Berber carpet and it is like putting up together great tradition with modern technology.

On 2011, a BMW SUV is my agenda and hopefully it will be a fruitful year for me and for all of us.

Electronic Arts Incorporated or EA recently bought, the popular games on iPhones and iPods, Cut The Rope and Angry Birds. The company’s plan is to make these games popular among computer players and console players. EA is already the owner of other well-known games like The Sims, Sim City and Spore. Angry Birds and Cut The Rope are among the most popular games of today along with Plants Versus Zombies and Fruit Ninja. In fact, it has so many players worldwide that the developers of the games added other versions like Angry Birds Halloween version. Some thought that it was a bad deal though because EA bought the rights to the games but the developers of the game can still design or create other games similar to Cut The Rope and Angry Birds. Only time will tell if this will be a liability or not.

Have you ever wondered if there is a chance to salvage data from your computers once they have malfunctioned due to hardware errors or infection of computer viruses and other types of malicious software?

Good thing that the answer is yes. We have what we call hard drive data recovery which is defined as any systematic approach to retrieve data from logically or physically damaged storage devices.

Data Recovery is possible because as a fact computers do not actually delete data even if you already hit the delete button and the empty recycle bin. Sounds confusing, right? So, where do your files go if you can’t even see them anymore? Here how it goes:

Your operating system manages your data and takes care of them as you want. If you want them deleted you have the option to delete but – in the hard drive it’s a different scenario, all the deleted files are still there. The deleted files are tagged as deleted and considered empty spaces, new data can overwrite them eventually.

So, if you need RAID data Recovery it is advisable to contact SalvageData Recovery Inc. 590 Herndon Pkwy Herndon, VA 20170, they are experts in data retrieving. It is best to contact them immediately once your computer bugged down to achieve higher percentage of data recovery. Also for accidental deletion of files it is best to avoid saving large data of files first so as the deleted files will not be overwritten.

In this episode, Sheldon decided to terminate his relationship with his so-called girlfriend Amy because she insulted his work in theoretical physics. Amy further said that her chosen field of science, neuro-biology is more superior to Sheldon’s. Sheldon assured his friends that he’s fine losing Amy but he started buying pet cats and named them after scientists and inventors. Leonard, Sheldon’s friend and roommate got worried and called in Sheldon’s kryptonite — his mother. When Mrs. Cooper announced that she was so relieved that there is no more “SHAMY” because she does not like Amy anyway, that convinced Sheldon to get back with Amy and proved that his mother really knows her son, and even all men, well. In the end, “SHAMY” was “SHAMY” again and Sheldon paid twenty dollars those willing to adopt his twenty cats.

Autumn has arrived and though the temperature is slowly cooling down, a fashionista is certainly not settling down. The must-haves of this season when it comes to shoes are clogs and brogues. Brogues are similar to the oxfords but now, they come in not just neutral colors but even in metallics and some are even embroidered. After all, who said that we have to match fall’s dull colors right? The second kind of shoe wanted by all is clogs. Some might say that it’s not dainty or a bit Holland-ish but clogs can create an illusion of long legs if worn the right way. Pair it up with your fabulous fall dress and you’re all set. If it’s chilly outside, wear them with your favorite colorful scarf and you will surely be noticed. Fashion is all about risks so get out there and experience it.

Do you know that aside from obesity, cancer is one of the leading causes of death in America? There are several types of cancer that can affect people at all ages. In 2007, studies done by a US based institution show that diet is one big factor that can cause cancer. They have recommended 10 ways to help prevent cancer which focuses mainly on eating nutritious foods and healthy lifestyle.

People inflicted with the disease needs our help, aside from giving them moral and financial support, car donations can also be a way of lending a hand. Yes, you can donate your car to cancer victims. Cars Fighting Cancer started a good mission of acquiring old cars from donors and sell them. The amount generated from sales will go directly to various programs that will help cancer victims such as research, education, service and support. The donor will not only have the chance to create one good deed in this world, as a sign of gratitude they will give the donor a special gift and a donate car tax reduction receipt.
May it be small or big, we can always do something to help the needy ones. Truly it is always better to give than to receive.

Chagas disease is now known as one of the most deadly parasitic diseases in the world. It badly affects more than 10 million people, especially in the Americas. Fifty thousand people each year in South America alone are killed by this disease. The diagnosis for this disease will be the best key for the war against the infection but unfortunately, it is still impossible. Dr. Momar Ndao’s team at the Research Institute of the MUHC developed a new diagnostic approach that will help in the fight against Chagas disease. Their results were recently published and can be read in the Journal of Clinical Microbiology.

Sprint Nextel Corp. had to decide to back off their former plans to offer Google Inc’s Nexus One mobile phone to abandon the device in favor of the other handsets powered by the Android operating system.

For a changed plan, Sprint will now just focus on the HTC Corp. Evo phone, which will have to set its debut this year and will run on fourth generation, or 4G, networks, said Stepahnie Vinge Walsh, the spokeswoman for the third largest US wireless carrier.

The decision to withhold sales of the Nexus One denies the Google access to more than 138 million wireless customers on the networks of Sprint and Verizon Wireless, which last month decided against plans to sell the device.

OSSINING – Malachy McCourt – author, playwright, radio host and now Green Party candidate for Governor – stood astride and atop of Main Street yesterday for several hours at the entry point to this community’s annual fair. “Don’t waste your vote – give it to me,” he said, proffering a flyer with his picture in the center. “That’s me, I’m Malachy, and I’m standing for Governor of the great state of New York.”

Ossining is not a university town; rather, it has been known – and has tried to escape its reputation – as a prison town for more than a century and a half. And so there were some here who had never heard of this prolific author, others who had heard of his equally well-known brother Frank, and one who had even heard of a brother that Malachy himself has yet to meet.

“Tom? I don’t know Tom,” he replied to an interested inquiry. “So you’re disavowing your brother Tom?” the man asked. After a short while the two reached agreement that the questioner was indeed asking about brother Frank and that, indeed, Malachy had not spent his life ignorant of poor brother Tom.

Of those many, however, who were familiar with the author/candidate, it was interesting to watch the recognition light up first their eyes, then their faces. “You’re Malachy?” He’d reply, “Yes, ’tis I” and a huge, knowing grin would slowly capture them.

He was generous with his time – more generous than the mere politicans who were pumping hands, kissing babies and lying their way through the crowd all day to obtain signatures for their nominating petitions. In contrast to that species, he was warm, amusing, gentle, piercing and uplifting, and he brought those traits – if only for a few hours – to a piece of geography that has sorely needed them for far too long a time.

You won many a vote in Ossining yesterday, Mr. McCourt. Please do come back soon.
